Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto
(Pizza Topping or Sauce)
- 1 cup wine & herb marinaded sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/4 cup fresh basil
- 10-14 cloves of garlic or to taste
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1/4 cup wine & herb marinaded oil reserved from sun-dried tomatoes
- Put garlic, basil and pine nuts in a food processor, process until ground fine.
- Add sun-dried tomatoes adding reserved oil until mixture is a smooth paste.
